Refund policy

At Seaside Sweetness, we want you to feel great in your swimwear! However, for hygiene reasons, all Bikini Bottoms are FINAL SALE. We do accept returns for bikini tops under the following conditions:

• Customers must contact us via email at seaside.sweetness.swim@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving their order to initiate a return and obtain return shipping instructions.
• Please include "Return Request" and your order number in the subject line.
• The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  
• Seaside Sweetness is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during the return process.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned top, we will issue a refund to your form of payment for the price of the top.
• Any sale items, are FINAL sale. 

Important Notes:

• Returned tops must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached.
• Refunds are available for store credit only.
• Exchanges are not permitted.
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
